Who we are

I’m Carolyn, and Crown & Wing is my dream. I have been teaching Buti since 2019 and was certified in my 200 hour YTT in 2023.

Buti specifically has led me to a new version of me. When I practice Buti I feel a sense of strength and power. I feel like I am showing up as the best version of myself. When I practice Buti, I feel like me.

My passion in teaching lies in helping others find that same best version of them.

This is my passion and my dream come true. I can’t wait to share it with you.
